1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and win999 ("win999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the win999 website at win999.lat, including all associated pages, services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing win999, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of win999 and close your account.

3. Account Registration

• win999 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of identity checks.
• Your Account is personal to you. It may not be transferred, assigned, or made available for use by any third party under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

win999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at win999's discretion from time to time.

• All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), except for cryptocurrency balances which are maintained in USDT and converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the win999 deposit and withdrawal pages within the Account dashboard.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your win999 Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on banking processing times.
• Withdrawals are processed by win999 in the order in which they are received. Standard processing times are up to two business hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals and up to one business day for bank transfers and USDT withdrawals.
• win999 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all withdrawal requests at win999's discretion.
• win999 does not accept deposits from or make payments to accounts held in names other than the registered Account holder. Third-party payment processing is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

win999 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and promotional incentives to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Account holders making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6. Permitted Use

win999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services during your Account registration period, solely for the purposes described in these Terms. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on win999 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

8. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any win999 content without the express prior written consent of win999. Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is made available under their individual licensing arrangements with win999.

9. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination for breach, win999 may withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Upon termination for lawful cause where no breach has occurred, win999 will process any outstanding balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

12. Disputes
